Fun with Pop and CiCi

Last weekend, we went to visit my dad and Carol and celebrate his birthday. The girls counted down the days all week and popped out of bed Saturday morning, eager to hit the road. As soon as we arrived, after hugs of course, the girls hit the pool-all 78 degrees of it! They swam for hours, obvilious to the cold water, enjoyed a picnic by the pool, picked blueberries, and even taught Paisley the puppy a trick or two. The only way they agreed to come inside was the promise of birthday cake and ice cream. We sang to Pop and the girls even agreed to help him blow out his candles. The visit was just what the girls needed to make it to the end of school...and I think Pop and CiCi even had a little fun, too.
